Frequently asked questions

What kinds of credits are there, and when do they expire?

Four kinds: daily credits (refreshed every day), event credits (valid 30 days), membership credits (granted monthly, valid 30 days) and purchased credits (valid 360 days). Credits cannot be exchanged for subscription time, transferred to another account, or withdrawn as cash.

How many songs or MVs can I make with my credits?

It depends on your balance, the model you pick, your generation settings and the length of the content. Before generating, the model menu shows the estimated cost of that job. The counts on each card assume all credits go to a single type (after the member discount: about 7.2 credits per song, 4 per image, 3.4 per second of video) — mixing types lowers each number. The discounts shown are the maximum for that model group; the actual charge is settled at generation time.

Am I charged when a generation fails or when I retry?

Failed generations are not charged. A retry that succeeds is billed as a new job.

How do I get more credits? Can I buy them separately?

Three ways: subscribe to a paid plan (including up to 4,500 daily check-in credits per month, plus bonus credits released monthly together with your membership credits), buy credits separately, or earn them through community events.

How do the daily check-in credits work?

Members get 150 credits per daily check-in — up to 4,500 per month if you check in every day. Free users also earn check-in credits, but the amount is decided by our risk and security checks, up to 100 per day. Check-in credits are granted on the day you claim them and are not carried over if you miss a day.

Which payment methods are supported?

Apple Pay, Link, and credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay, as well as Alipay. Availability varies by region and device.

How is the subscription billed? Does it auto-renew?

Subscriptions are paid upfront and renew automatically at the then-current price. You can cancel renewal anytime in account settings — your benefits stay active through the current period and you are not charged again.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrade: on the web you usually just pay the difference between the two plans, and the new plan's credits are granted right after payment. Downgrade: not supported directly — cancel renewal first, then subscribe to the lower plan once the current period ends.

What is the refund policy?

Memberships and credits are digital virtual services that take effect immediately upon purchase, and are generally not eligible for refunds without cause. Users in the EU, UK and Türkiye may request a refund within 14 days of purchase; users elsewhere may do so within 7 days. Where local law requires otherwise, we will handle your request in accordance with the law. Duplicate charges, system errors and technical faults are reviewed separately.

Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount is calculated as follows:

1. Monthly auto-renewal plans: the amount you paid is refunded in proportion to the base credits remaining in the current period.

2. Annual auto-renewal plans: the portion already used is charged at the monthly auto-renewal price of the same plan tier. Fully used months are billed as whole months; the current month is billed according to the actual share of base credits used. The remaining balance is refunded after these deductions.

3. Bonus benefits: promotional bonus credits and free uses that have already been used are converted into credits and deducted at the same tier's monthly auto-renewal price, in proportion to their share of that tier's monthly base credits. Credits earned from daily check-ins are not counted toward refund deductions.

Payment-processing fees that may lawfully be deducted will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the refund is completed, any remaining credits, free uses and other promotional benefits under this order expire accordingly.
